A. It died.

My friend's version started with a squirrel, then the monkey, then a bird.
And another one along the same lines that's just a tad more horrible. ><

The point is, where do these even come from? How can you even JOKE about a girl with no arms? Though I must admit, I found it appalingly funny the first time I heard it (kept me laughing for a good two years). =)
